Commencement Updates​

There is no limit on tickets; however, seating is limited. Overflow seating will be available in the gym. Check back soon for the live stream link.

To ensure an unobstructed and orderly ceremony, guests are kindly asked not to approach the stage or platform for photographs.

  • A professional photographer will capture each graduate’s moment on stage; these photographs will be available for purchase after the ceremony.
  • Members of the working press and the official College photographer are authorized to photograph and film from the Belin Health-Plex floor.
  • Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos from their seats during the ceremony and may approach the platform for personal photos after the conclusion of the event.

A full video recording of the ceremony will also be made available online for viewing and download.

If you or someone in your party requires special assistance (e.g., medical attention, disability accommodations, or first aid), please notify an usher immediately. Our staff is prepared to assist you promptly and discreetly.

  • Reserved Seating – Seats marked with blue and gold bows are reserved exclusively for ceremony
  • General Seating – All other seats, including bleacher areas, are available for guests on a first-come, first-served
  • We kindly request that all cell phones and electronic devices be silenced during the ceremony. Please refrain from loud conversations, cheering, or noise that could disrupt the proceedings. Applause at appropriate times is encouraged.
