*All housing assignments are for one full academic year or spring semester only for those students who attend the College at least half-time and are eligible to reside in student housing.
All returning students will have to pay a $25 Housing Application Fee.
Housing and Meal Plan Rates are a combined cost and are subject to change each Academic School Year.
Summer housing is under a separate contract.
There is a $50 non-refundable Housing Application Fee and $100 Room Key Deposit Fee for first-time students enrolling at the College.
